GST Invoicing:
Sellers must issue GST-compliant tax invoices in the buyer’s name for all sales.
Sellers are responsible for compliance with all applicable legal frameworks before dispatching products to clients.
Order Dispatch Timeline:
Orders must be dispatched within 48 working hours from the date of order placement.
If a seller fails to dispatch within 48 working hours for three consecutive orders, the seller’s account will be deactivated.
Payment Cycle:
Payment is released after the product is delivered to the client.
Upon dispatch, provide one invoice copy to the customer with the parcel and another copy to Ecsha.com.
Payment will be directly transferred to the seller’s registered bank account.
Product Listing and Image Quality:
Sellers are solely responsible for product listings and image quality.
Support for product listings is available 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Return Policy:
Sellers must accept returns of their products within 7 days of the client receiving the order.
For returns, Ecsha.com will bear courier charges.
Damage in Transit:
If the seller uses Ecsha.com (or designated) Delivery mode, Ecsha.com covers damages occurring in transit or during returns.
If damage is due to inadequate packaging by the seller, the seller is liable for all refunds and related charges.
Packaging must be robust and secure to prevent transit damage.
Order Accuracy:
Delivered quantity and product must exactly match the order placed.
Duplicate Accounts Policy:
Opening or operating duplicate seller accounts is strictly prohibited.
If a seller is found to operate duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be deactivated, selling privileges banned permanently, and outstanding payments settled only after 90 days from deactivation.
Faulty Products with Moving Parts:
If a product with moving parts or that cannot be checked without usage is returned due to fault, the seller must accept the return.
Penalty for Late Dispatch:
If a product is not dispatched within 48 working hours, a 10% penalty will be charged on that order’s value.
Stock Updates:
Sellers must keep Ecsha.com updated with accurate stock levels.
Failure to update stock—resulting in an order for an out of stock product—will attract a 10% penalty on that order’s value.
