Disclaimer for Payment Authorization

"We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time."

Shipping and Delivery

1. To ensure that your order reaches you within the standard time (6 to 12 working days) and in good condition, we ship through standard courier agencies such as Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees, Gati, Dotzot, Ecom Express, and others.
   Note: Shipments via postal service may take longer.

2. If you are a new user, our executive will contact you to confirm your order and your exact delivery address and pin code. If your Pincode is not serviceable, you will be asked to provide another address and pin code.

3. If you believe the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery, please refuse delivery, take pictures, and write instructions to the courier (e.g., “Package tampered or damaged, not accepting order”). Send us an email at support@chenthamilagrizone.com with your order reference and attached pictures or call our Customer Care. We will make our best efforts to arrange a replacement delivery.

4. Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates and may depend on product availability, weather, the delivery address, and courier company rules.
   Note: In ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations, you may need to self-collect the parcel from the courier office. We will provide the office address and contact number, and our customer care executive will follow up.

6. We strive to deliver your purchased product; however, if the product may not be delivered or is delayed for any reason and any loss occurs, Chenthamil AgriZone is not responsible.
