How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number. Your order begins processing immediately. You will also be notified via email when your order has shipped, including tracking details.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.

You can cancel before it has shipped via 'My Orders' (click the delete icon). Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled.
