Overview

Ichiban Emoji is a broad-spectrum selective herbicide based on Imazethapyr 10% SL, belonging to the Imidazolinone group (HRAC Group 2). It is absorbed through both leaves and roots and translocated throughout the plant, where it inhibits the Acetolactate Synthase (ALS) enzyme responsible for the synthesis of essential amino acids.

The herbicide effectively controls susceptible weeds during their early growth stages while remaining safe for recommended crops when applied according to label directions. Early application helps reduce weed competition and promotes healthier crop establishment and improved productivity.

Application Guidelines

Apply using 200–240 litres of clean water per acre with a flat-fan nozzle. For best performance, apply 7–14 days after sowing when weeds are at the 1–2 leaf stage. Where recommended on the label, use a suitable MSO adjuvant to improve weed control.
